Week 3 Assignment 3

My original submission was the cats as a draft, comment left was that the cats seemed to be an after thought. So I wnet back to the drawing board.

I liked this design, but thought it was to busy for the assignment.


I ended up with this design, I drew the birds myself, using my VisTablet


I got a good grade but was told the birds should have been darker.

Well the critique on the entry I first tried was that the black area was inactive so I tried to adjust with this file

On this assignment we were to make a black & white design using some of the tools from previous lessons. This is what I came up with.

Week 2 Assignment 2

This is my first thoughts on making a design using only black & white, 2-4 circles in a group and the group duplicated 2-4 times. I found out that lines were not permitted so I then submitted the next picture.




I like them both, but I did not like the first one without the lines around the white circles. Only time will tell on the grade.

Design Update

I got a good critique on the last assignments, but I had not used some of the features on the second design that were used on the first design. So I tried again with this design.

I got A's for last weeks assignments so I guess I'm doing okay.

Paris Update

Paris and I play every day. She has a special mouse type that she really likes. If I am not paying attention she ends up eating the mouse. So we play together when I wake up in the morning and again when I get home from work. I think she could be a ball player if there was a cat ball team. Sometimes it would be soccer or football, and sometimes gymnastics. She is a great companion!
